Little White Chapel : Las Vegas
Las Vegas, nestled somewhere deep in the desert landscape of Nevada, is synonymous with tacky casinos, bright lights and quickie weddings that take place under the influence of copious amounts of alcohol. Or so you think! I’ve just returned from a 10 day trip to the gambling capital of the world to see for myself what the fuss is all about and was pleasantly surprised by a plethora of amazing day trips, stylish bars, restaurants and the best shopping in the world. The architecture of the myriad of hotels, which make up the infamous ‘Strip’, is out of this world, whether it’s your thing or not. It’s hard not to be amazed by the giant Eiffel Tower, The Luxor pyramid or the stunning Venetian hotel, with its own winding canals and romantic gondolas. Every hotel has its own chapel in which to marry, with the memorable Little White Chapel in downtown Las Vegas being the most popular. Whether it’s Elvis walking you down the aisle or a friendly witness, eloping to Vegas is sure to be a day you won’t be forgetting in a hurry. We can help to arrange your elopement in Las Vegas with style and ease, making it an amazing trip to the States for you and your beau. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out how!
What we did:
Snowboarding in the Nevada mountains: 1hr away from the strip (up until the end of February only)
BBQ at a Ranch: 30 mins from the strip. This was so beautiful and well worth a trip out to! Utterly peaceful, it felt a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of Vegas.
L.A. road tripping: 4 hours away from Las Vegas, it’s well worth a visit if you have time.
Bellagio Fountains: Held every 30 mins, they’re pretty impressive!
Catch a show: We watched Le Reve which was AMAZING!! Held at the Wynn, it’s a stunning water based performance.
Downtown Vegas: We loved being downtown, with a funky night at the Velveteen Rabbit one of the highlights. Cool burger joints, restaurants and vintage shops can be found here.
